Moin Hossain is the founder of ByteRoc, a Klaviyo email-flow agency for founder-led Shopify brands. He has built ecommerce email since 2018 and works from Dhaka, Bangladesh.
What I do on every project
- I shop your store first. My team and I sign up as your customer and keep notes for a week. I write the report myself: about three hours of my own time on each.
- I say how I know each finding. What I can prove, I mark Verified. What I can't, I say so, and leave it for your numbers.
- I tell you what I'd do. The report ends with what to fix first, the plan I'd pick for your store, and its price.
- I oversee the build. My team builds from my notes: a designer, a developer who works in your Klaviyo, and a manager who runs the work with me. Whoever does a piece of your work, I'm responsible for it.
- I stay your main contact. You deal with me, not an account manager.
- I keep my client list short. I take on eight retainer clients at a time, so I can stay on every account myself.
- I put my promises in writing, and I'm the one you hold to them. Promise terms
