ByteRoc is the trading name of Moin Hossain.

What we do

We plan, write, design and build Klaviyo email for Shopify brands. That means the flows that run on their own (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback and back in stock) and the campaigns you send each month.

Everything is built inside your own Klaviyo account. You approve every email before it goes live, and it all stays yours if you leave.

Email comes first. SMS is part of the Scale plan, or a $600 setup project.

What we're not

• Not a full-service agency. Every plan and project we sell is email or SMS.
• Not one freelancer. There are four of us, and I stay your main contact.
• Not a long contract. Retainers are month to month, with 30 days' notice and no exit fee.
• Not part of Klaviyo or Shopify. ByteRoc is independent. It isn't owned by or endorsed by either company.

Who it's for

Founder-led Shopify brands in the US and Canada. The plans are built for stores doing about $30K a month or more. Below that, the flows may not get enough traffic to pay for themselves in 60 days, so I'd suggest the free report, or one project from $350.

How a project starts

Every project starts the same way: we shop your store first.

1. You send your store URL. No login, no call.
2. My team and I sign up as your customer with Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo addresses, browse, leave a cart, and log every email for 7 days.
3. First findings arrive within 48 hours. The full report comes on day 7, side by side with three competitors.
4. The report ends with what to fix first, the plan I'd pick and its price. Then you decide: fix it yourself, hire us for one project, or pick a plan.

Who does the work

Four people, one contact. We're all in Bangladesh, so the work is done before your morning starts.

I test your store, write your report and oversee the work. I'm your main contact. Building email since 2018.

A designer

Designs your emails in your brand, for phone and desktop.

A developer

Builds and tests your flows inside your Klaviyo.

A manager

Runs the work and the schedule with me, and answers in my place if I'm out for more than a business day.

The other three are salaried, and each has signed a confidentiality agreement with me. Each of us gets our own Manager login to your Klaviyo, never a shared one. Manager users can't export your customer list, and you can remove any of us at any time. Whoever does a piece of your work, I'm responsible for it.

I take on eight retainer clients at a time, so I can stay on every account myself. Message me by 5 p.m. Eastern and you'll have my reply by 9 a.m. Eastern the next business day.
